ULS Converter is a freeware.   Download ULS Converter Freeware   Standart U.L.S was created in 2003 to allow the unification of the world wheeling systems, in order to answer the user expectations, as much as programmers and developers.   That makes it possible to ensure a universal compatibility of the wheeling systems.   That also makes it possible to have a library of wheeling systems in compatible format, directly usable by all the software using this standart.   Moreover, the wheeling systems written in standart U.L.S will give to your wheeling systems an impeccable presentation, while indicating their design features of reduction.   Standart U.L.S is a format text (.txt) which can be read and written in a text editor, which facilitates its portability whatever the platform of exploitation employed (Windows, APPLE, Linux, Java applications...).   The use of standart ULS is completely free, there's no money to pay, no royalties.
